The UK is renowned worldwide when it comes to producing top Dj talent. Over the years, the UK has been at the forefront of many music scenes and overseen the evolution of the dance genre into dozens of sub-genres. The list of top DJ’s by the industry leading and most respected authority on Djing, DJ Mag, consistently includes top talents from the UK in every edition. The pool of top-tier UK DJ’s grows exponentially year after year. You can always look to the UK DJ’s as a source of inspiration for the rest of the world. Jamie Jones
English Jamie Jones had an amazing 2025 when he was named the Best British DJ by DJ mag. It was not without merit, he has worked incredibly hard to get to the top of his game by playing a huge amount of sets all over the world. He is upfront about his music tastes which are broad and varied. One to watch!
The UK trio of Juno Grant, Paavo Siljamaki, and Tony McGuinness have taken the world by storm in the last ten years. They debuted their talents in 2002 to a crowd of 8,000 party-goers in Tokyo. Since then they have played festivals around the planet. On New Years Eve in 2007 they performed for one million people in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Originally from Southampton, England Gareth Emery has been consistently ranked as one of the best British DJ’s. Now residing in Manchester, he owns his own studio and manages the Garuda record label and nightclub of the same name.
A name known throughout the UK, the Scottish born DJ has been turning tables as well as heads for several years now. His debut album I Created Disco was released in 2007 and reached gold status. He continues to raise the bar for himself, fellow DJ’s and producers.
A mainstay of the UK DJ scene, the Welsh DJ is a veritable veteran at this stage with incredible endurance to stay at the top of his game continuously over the years. One of the most sought after DJ’s, Sasha is famous for his key-mixing (matching melodic keys) style. Sasha takes crowds on epic sound voyages.
